Scentwork

We are on a mission to bring the hidden world of Scentwork for dogs to many more people.  Our vision is to create a world where all dogs get to work with their humans on this fabulous enrichment.

It is estimated that up to 30% of a dogs brain is dedicated to analysing odour.  This makes it a superb way of enriching their lives, which then leads to contented settled dogs.

Scentwork harnesses our dogs natural ability and we teach them to search for a specific scent.  You can then learn to work together with your dog, playing detective, to track down the hidden scents.

Best of all it is suitable for all ages, sizes and breeds of dog.  It is ideal for lively youngsters with no off switch to give them something to tire them out.  It is also perfect for older dogs who may be starting to have stiff joints and struggle with more intense activity.

 We run regular introduction courses for sociable dogs and can work 1-1 for those that prefer their own space.

We then run a weekly Scentclub where teams work to find the hidden scent and build their skills.
